Thich Nhat Hanh writes," Each mindful step says, "I don't want to run anymore. I want to stop. I want to live my life. I don't want to miss the wonders of life."
A Camera Tip: If you make your way to the pumpkin patch, a corn maze, or an outdoor farmer's market and you are capturing the harvest of fall bounties up close, try to create a simple background. Wait a moment if someone or something is walking or coming into your background or viewfinder.
A writing prompt this week for any poets or Journaling buffs is this:
"What is your favorite list of your In Joy moments of Fall?"
