"In the vessel of your body, you yourself are the world tree, deep roots in the Earth and a crown of stars. Your essence bridges dimensions." - Elizabeth Eiler
This week’s focus: We are starting by learning how to walk before we move on to other focal points this year. We could spend all year breathing and stepping, and we will, but for now, imaging magnets under your footfalls and enjoy yourself this week.
Mindful Tool: As minds wander, softly bring your attention back to your footsteps and the trail itself.
I used to fly with the raven and crows
looking for food to eat
now I settle into the grass
steady as I go
with magnets on my feet. -MJ
